Terms of Use

Welcome to Reploy AI.

These Terms of Use and Service Provision govern access to and use of the Reploy AI platform ("Platform", "Reploy", "We"), designed for digital reputation management, review monitoring, and automated response generation through artificial intelligence.

By creating an account or using our services, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this document:

  • Platform: Reploy AI system.
  • User: Individual or legal entity using the services.
  • Account: Access credentials registered by the user.
  • Google Business Profile: Business profile management service provided by Google.
  • AI: Artificial Intelligence resources used for analysis and content generation.

2. Scope of services

Reploy AI provides an online platform that allows:

  • Connecting Google Business Profile accounts;
  • Synchronizing received reviews;
  • Generating responses using Artificial Intelligence;
  • Managing reviews through a Kanban board;
  • Producing metrics, reports, and insights;
  • Automating response flows according to user-defined rules;
  • Tracking digital reputation indicators.

Reploy AI does not guarantee revenue growth, Google ranking, or specific business results.

3. Registration and access

To use the platform, the user must:

  • Provide true and updated information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials;
  • Be responsible for all activities performed under their account.

The user is fully responsible for the security of their login and password.

4. Plans and licenses

Access to services occurs according to the contracted plan.

Each plan may have specific limits related to:

  • Number of connected units;
  • Authorized users;
  • Available features;
  • Processing volume.

Reploy AI may change functionalities, create new features, or update plans at any time.

5. Payment and renewal

Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing to a plan, the client authorizes periodic billing according to the chosen modality.

The subscription will be automatically renewed until canceled by the client.

Non-payment may result in:

  • Suspension of access;
  • Restriction of functionalities;
  • Account cancellation.

6. Cancellation

The client may request cancellation at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Access will remain active until the end of the already paid cycle;
  • No new cycles will be charged;
  • No proportional refunds will be issued, except when required by law.

7. Google Business Profile integration

Reploy AI depends on services provided by third parties, including Google.

The user acknowledges that:

  • The integration functioning depends on the availability of Google's API;
  • Changes made by Google may impact platform functionalities;
  • Reploy AI has no control over third-party systems.

The eventual unavailability of Google services does not constitute a failure by Reploy AI.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The platform uses artificial intelligence models to:

  • Classify reviews;
  • Analyze sentiments;
  • Generate responses;
  • Produce insights.

AI-generated responses constitute automated suggestions.

The user remains fully responsible for the published content.

Reploy AI does not guarantee that generated responses are free from errors, inaccuracies, or inadequate interpretations.

9. User responsibilities

The user commits to:

  • Use the platform lawfully;
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities;
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system;
  • Not use the platform to disseminate illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content;
  • Comply with all applicable legislation.

10. Intellectual property

All platform content, including:

  • Reploy AI trademark;
  • Software;
  • Interface;
  • Source code;
  • Layout;
  • Design;
  • Functionalities;

is protected by intellectual property laws.

No property rights are transferred to the user.

Reproduction, copying, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Service availability

Reploy AI will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available.

However, interruptions may occur due to:

  • Updates;
  • Maintenance;
  • Infrastructure issues;
  • Third-party failures;
  • Force majeure events.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reploy AI shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits;
  • Revenue loss;
  • Indirect damages;
  • Consequential damages;
  • Data loss caused by third parties;
  • Decisions made based on platform insights.

Reploy AI's total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to any claim.

13. Privacy and data protection

Personal data processing will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). By using the platform, the user declares awareness of these practices.

14. Account suspension or termination

Reploy AI may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms;
  • Use the platform abusively;
  • Engage in illegal activities;
  • Attempt to compromise system security.

15. Changes to the terms

Reploy AI may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will take effect after their publication on the platform.

Continued use of the services after the update will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

17. Jurisdiction

The court of the district of Reploy AI's headquarters is elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with waiver of any other, regardless of privilege.
